Tunisian Foreign Minister Receives Kuwaiti Ambassador
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad, Mohamed Ali Nafti, received the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Tunisia, Mansour Khaled Al-Omar, on Thursday. The ambassador handed over a handwritten letter addressed to the President of the Republic from the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

The letter focuses on ways to strengthen the close fraternal relations between the two countries and develop them in various fields.
Historical Ties and Cooperation
On this occasion, the minister praised the historical ties between the two countries and their brotherly peoples, as well as the level of cooperation recorded between the two countries in all fields since the last session of the Tunisian-Kuwaiti Joint Commission. As quoted in a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mohamed Ali Nafti also welcomed the intensification of exchange visits between senior officials of the two countries.
Bilateral Cooperation and Future Development
For his part, the Kuwaiti diplomat praised the level of bilateral cooperation, expressing his country's political will and interest in developing it further and elevating it to the highest level in different fields, particularly in economics and investment, as well as in several other promising sectors of common interest.
