Islamic Revolution Guard Corps Announces Missile Attack on Israeli Targets

The Corps of the Islamic Revolution Guard (CGRI) announced on Monday, 2 March 2026, that it has launched a missile strike against military and security installations in Haifa and East Jerusalem.
What the Guard Said
- The Guard claimed to have fired missiles at the Sionist government headquarters in Tel Aviv.
- Additional strikes targeted security and military centers in Haifa.
- A separate attack was carried out on Jerusalem.
In an official communiqué the movement explained:
“Among the objectives of this tenth wave are a strike against the government complex of the Zionist regime in Tel Aviv, attacks on military and security centers in Haifa, and a strike on Jerusalem.”
The missiles used were identified as Kheibar‑type ballistic missiles.
Context
This operation marks the tenth coordinated wave of missile attacks announced by the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps since the escalation began earlier this year. The group has repeatedly cited retaliation against what it describes as Israeli aggression and occupation.
