Greenov'i Project: EU-Funded Initiative to Support Ecological Transition in Tunisia
The Greenov'i project, funded by the European Union through the green entrepreneurship component of its "Tunisia Green & Sustainable" program, is launching its second call for expressions of interest for the GreenAssist program. This initiative aims to support Tunisian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and artisans in their ecological transition.
Objectives of the Call for Expressions of Interest
The GreenAssist program offers selected companies an in-depth environmental diagnosis in the following areas:
- Waste management
- Energy management
- Sustainable water management
- Development of sustainable, optimized, and high-performance strategies to reduce their environmental footprint and develop responsible economic models.
Eligibility Criteria
To participate, companies must meet the following criteria:
- Be a Tunisian SME or artisan with 1-199 employees
- Have an annual turnover of less than 20 million dinars
- Have been in operation for at least 3 years
- Be in compliance with tax and social regulations
- Be able to provide potential co-financing for an ecological transition project with a total cost (eligible expenses) not exceeding 60,000 EUR
Submission of Applications
Interested companies must submit their application dossier via the website http://www.greenovi.tn before November 17, 2025, at 23:59. The required elements for the application dossier are available at https://greenovi.tn/2025/10/16/2991/.
Information Sessions for Candidates
Information sessions will be organized to help companies better understand the program's requirements and finalize their application. These sessions will take place between October 23 and November 7, 2025.

The Greenov'i project is a 12 million EUR initiative launched in 2023 to support and accompany the ecological transition in Tunisia over a period of 5 years. It supports the development of eco-enterprises and promotes the adoption of sober, sustainable, and equitable production modes. The project is funded by the European Union through the green entrepreneurship component of its "Tunisia Green & Sustainable" program and implemented by Expertise France in collaboration with CITET, the Ministry of Environment, and the Ministry of Economy and Planning.
