MPs Call for Urgent Review of Bill on Employment of Higher Education Graduates in Prolonged Unemployment

Several members of the Assembly of People's Representatives (ARP) have submitted a petition requesting the urgent review of a bill establishing exceptional provisions for the employment of higher education graduates facing long-term unemployment.

The petition, signed by MPs from various parliamentary groups as well as non-registered members, was submitted to the ARP bureau, according to statements made by MP Nouri Jeridi to Mosaïque.

Jeridi specified that the MPs are keen on holding a plenary session to adopt the bill as soon as the committees have completed their work on the matter.

Despite the accumulated delays, the MPs believe that there is no other way to bring justice to this category of people who have suffered due to the suspension of recruitment for several years, except through the implementation of this initiative.
