Magasin Général Reports 5.3 Million Dinar Net Profit: A Return to Positive Results

The Magasin Général entity has reported positive results for the fiscal year 2025, according to the financial statements approved by its board of directors on April 30, 2026. The same meeting decided to convene the ordinary general assembly for Friday, June 5, 2026.

Individual Results

As of December 31, 2025, the company achieved a tax-free revenue of 1.16 billion dinars, up 11.48% from 1.04 billion dinars in the previous year. The net operating result was thus profitable at 5.3 million dinars, compared to a deficit of 3.7 million dinars in 2024.

Consolidated Results

At the consolidated level, the group reported a revenue of 1.2 billion dinars as of December 31, 2025, representing a 9.36% increase from the 1.1 billion dinars achieved as of December 31, 2024. The consolidated result remained in deficit at 6.4 million dinars, an improvement from the loss of 10.1 million dinars recorded in the previous year.
