National Real Estate Company of Tunisia (SNIT) Announces Sale of Social Housing Apartments

The National Real Estate Company of Tunisia (SNIT) has announced that it will begin selling several social housing apartments in the Ibn Khaldoun 1 residence, located in Sidi Hassine Sijoumi, starting from Wednesday, November 12. The public company specified in a statement that it is possible to acquire certain apartments through a loan (FOPROLOS).

Available Apartments

The apartments for sale in the Sidi Hassine Sijoumi region (western suburb of the capital) are distributed as follows:

  • Apartments consisting of one bedroom and a living room (S+1) with an area of 58 square meters, with a starting price of 116,000 dinars.
  • Apartments consisting of two bedrooms and a living room (S+2) with an area of 73 square meters, with a starting price of 168,100 dinars.
  • Apartments consisting of three bedrooms and a living room (S+3) with an area of 95 square meters, with a starting price of 214,100 dinars.
