National Real Estate Company of Tunisia (SNIT) Announces Sale of Social Housing Apartments
The National Real Estate Company of Tunisia (SNIT) has announced that it will begin selling a number of social housing apartments in the Ibn Khaldoun 1 residence, located in the Sidi Hassine Sijoumi area, starting from Wednesday, November 12. The public company stated in a press release that it is possible to acquire certain apartments through a loan (Foprolos).
Available Apartments
The apartments for sale in the Sidi Hassine Sijoumi region (western suburb of the capital) are distributed as follows:
- One-bedroom apartments (S+1): 58 m², starting price of 116,000 dinars
- Two-bedroom apartments (S+2): 73 m², starting price of 168,100 dinars
- Three-bedroom apartments (S+3): 95 m², starting price of 214,100 dinars
On-Site Visits
The SNIT specified that its commercial services will organize on-site visits from this Monday and tomorrow Tuesday for individuals wishing to acquire a home, allowing them to familiarize themselves with the residence and the apartments for sale.
