Special Weather Bulletin
The National Institute of Meteorology (INM) announced in a special bulletin on Monday, February 16, 2026, that tonight, the sky will be covered with clouds that can be sometimes dense, specifically in the north and locally in the center. There will be scattered and temporarily stormy rains in the far northwest by the end of the night. Passing clouds are expected in the rest of the regions. The nighttime temperatures will fluctuate, according to the INM's forecasts, between 8 and 12 degrees in the north and on the western heights. They will be between 13 and 18 degrees in the rest of the country. The wind will blow from the west, and it will be quite strong, with high to very high speeds near the coasts and on the heights. However, the wind will be moderate to relatively strong in the rest of the regions. The sea will be very rough in the north and rough to very rough on the rest of the coast.
