Customs Amnesty Deadline: October 31, 2025
The General Directorate of Customs reminded the public on Wednesday that October 31, 2025, is the final deadline for submitting customs amnesty applications for the year 2025. This measure applies to individuals seeking to regularize customs offenses and crimes detected before December 1, 2024, in accordance with the provisions of Article 75 of the Finance Act for 2025. Customs authorities specify that payment of the due amounts must be made in a single installment, no later than December 31, 2025, to be eligible for this amnesty.
