The Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Energy has invited owners of factories, workshops, warehouses, construction sites, and all businesses operating in the industry, mining, and energy sectors, who wish to regularize their legal situation with regard to classified establishments (according to the first, second, or third category), to contact the National Agency for Environmental Protection (ANPE) to quickly submit their depollution study, and this before the end of the current year [2025].
