Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Energy Invites Businesses to Regularize Their Situation
The Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Energy has invited owners of factories, workshops, warehouses, construction sites, and all businesses operating in the industry, mining, and energy sectors, who wish to regularize their legal situation with regard to classified establishments (according to the first, second, or third category), to contact the National Agency for Environmental Protection (ANPE) to quickly submit their depollution study, and this before the end of the current year [2025].

This call, according to a statement from the ministry published on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, follows the conclusions of the Ministerial Council held on October 29, 2024, and the implementation of the provisions of Circular No. 27 of the Head of Government dated November 7, 2024.
