General Customs Administration Announcement
The General Customs Administration indicated, in a statement published this Wednesday, that October 31, 2025, is the deadline for individuals wishing to benefit from a 30% reduction on the total amount of duties and taxes due at the time of regularization. This measure concerns cars and motorcycles registered under the "NT" series regime (Suspensory Regime) for at least two years and having benefited from the total exemption regime granted under the framework of the definitive return of Tunisians residing abroad (FCR). The General Customs Administration also specified, according to the same statement, that payment must be made no later than December 30, 2025, in accordance with the provisions of Article 80 of the Finance Law for the year 2025.
