Enovis Confirms Significant Expansion Plans in Tunisia
Enovis has confirmed its intention to significantly expand its presence in Tunisia during a meeting held on November 17 at the headquarters of the Tunisian Investment Authority (TIA). This move reinforces Tunisia's position as a regional hub for medical devices, health technologies, and mobility solutions.
The meeting was attended by the President of FTTH and President of the Enovis Prevention & Recovery group, the Vice President of International Human Resources at Enovis, and the Director of Manufacturing Strategy and Business Development. The group's management reaffirmed its plans to develop one of its largest global facilities in Tunisia.
This expansion project is expected to increase production capacity while creating over 1,000 jobs by 2026. It reflects the group's confidence in Tunisian skills and the performance of the local industrial ecosystem. Enovis also highlights the importance of innovation and continuous improvement, supported by its Enovis Growth Excellence (EGX) system, to accompany the next phase of growth.
Driven by a favorable business environment that brings together industry, universities, technoparks, and research centers, Tunisia continues to attract international investors seeking to develop high-value-added operations. Alongside its public and private partners, the Tunisian Investment Authority reaffirms its commitment to supporting this expansion and accompanying the development of established businesses.
