Enfidha-Hammamet Airport Launches Direct Flights to Medina
The Enfidha-Hammamet airport inaugurated its first direct air link between Enfidha and Medina on November 8, 2025, operated by Saudi Airlines. This opening marks a new stage in the development of the airport's international connections and represents an additional opportunity for Tunisian travelers, particularly those traveling to Saudi Arabia for Umrah.
To accompany this first flight, a special system was deployed:
- Dedicated circuits for pilgrims
- Personalized assistance from the moment of entry into the terminal
- Adapted services to streamline formalities The goal is to offer a comfortable, fast, and serene journey.
The ceremony was held in the presence of representatives from Saudi Airlines, travel agencies, and media. Guests attended the arrival of the flight from Medina and discovered the facilities dedicated to pilgrims. Passengers were welcomed in a convivial atmosphere, marked by an animation at the terminal and the distribution of flowers, before sharing a commemorative cake with the crew.
With this first operation, Enfidha-Hammamet Airport confirms its vocation to become a regional hub, strengthening its role in Tunisia's international connectivity and offering travelers services designed to facilitate their experience.
