Central Bank of Tunisia Calls for Measures to Ensure Smooth Operations During Eid al-Adha
The Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT) has urged the general managers of banks and the president-director general of the National Post Office to take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of cash withdrawal operations at automated teller machines (ATMs) and electronic payment transactions during the Eid al-Adha period.
In a statement, the central bank emphasized the importance of ensuring a continuous supply of high-quality banknotes and a diverse range of denominations to ATMs, while also guaranteeing the perfect availability of technical platforms that secure electronic payment services.
The BCT has also recommended that all necessary arrangements be made to address any technical issues or service interruptions as quickly as possible.
