French Electronics Manufacturing Services Group Asteelflash to Expand Tunisian Operations
Asteelflash, a French company specializing in electronic manufacturing services (EMS) and supply chain management solutions, is planning to launch an extension of its Tunisian subsidiary in the near future.
This announcement was made on Thursday by Tunisian Minister of Equipment and Housing and interim Minister of Industry, Mines, and Energy, Salah Zouari, following a meeting in Tunis with a delegation from the group led by Asteelflash Tunisie CEO, Nicolas Denis.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Industry, the French CEO emphasized his company's desire to make Tunisia a preferred destination for global investments in the electronics industry, highlighting the skills and qualifications of Tunisian human resources.
Minister Zouari reaffirmed the department's commitment to attracting new investments in this strategic sector, particularly following the signing of the "Competitiveness Charter for the Electronics Industry by 2030" in April 2026. This roadmap aims to increase sector exports to nearly 5 billion dinars and create 10,000 qualified jobs.
With 25 years of presence in Tunisia, Asteelflash currently employs around 1,500 engineers and managers.
