Violent Attack in Gabès: Woman Stabbed by Ex-Husband
On Thursday morning, a man attacked his ex-wife in broad daylight in the Hamma delegation, in the Gabès governorate. He inflicted several knife wounds on her, seriously injuring her in the neck and head, according to a Diwan FM correspondent citing a security source.
The same source specified that civil protection units rushed to the scene to provide first aid to the victim. She was initially taken to the local hospital in Hamma before being transferred to the University Hospital of Gabès due to the severity of her condition.
The Public Prosecutor ordered an investigation into the incident, and an arrest warrant was issued against the attacker, who is still at large.
