Drinking water cut off in El Mida, Menzel Temime, Kélibia and Hammam El Ghezaz Thursday

Water Distribution Disruption in Menzel Temime District

The National Water Exploitation and Distribution Company (SONEDE) - Menzel Temime district, has announced that a disruption and cut in the distribution of potable water will occur on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 11am in El Mida, Menzel Temime, Kélibia, and Hammam El Ghezaz.

In a statement published on Tuesday, SONEDE explained that this disruption is due to the connection works of the Northern water supply canal to the water treatment plant in Lebna.

It is expected that the resumption of potable water supply will take place gradually on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 5am, after the completion of the works.
