Tunisia to Host International Hot Air Balloon Festival
Tunisia will host the International Hot Air Balloon Festival from October 24 to November 1, 2025, in the cities of Douz, Tozeur, and Djerba.
During a meeting with the organizing committee, Tourism Minister Sofiane Tekaya was briefed on the program for this edition, which will feature the participation of foreign delegations, various artistic and cultural performances, and tourist circuits showcasing the country's natural and cultural heritage. Forums and workshops on tourism, transportation, and technology are also planned.
The organizers believe that this event will add value to Tunisia's tourist scene, offering an innovative product that supports the sustainability of the sector and boosts the economy at both local and national levels.
