Tunisia Wins Double Award at the 2025 African Impact Awards

Tunisia has won a double award at the first edition of the "African Impact Awards 2025", held in Stockholm, as announced yesterday by the Tunisian Embassy in Sweden on its Facebook page.

The country was ranked first in the ranking of African nations in terms of public health and was designated as the "best African country for educational empowerment and literacy promotion".

These awards recognize the most notable achievements made on the continent during the year 2025. The Tunisian Embassy in Stockholm, represented at the ceremony, received these awards in recognition of decades of uninterrupted commitment to education since independence in 1956. The country was praised for its free and compulsory education system, its national deployment of schools, and its inclusive education model, recognized as a reference on the continent.

The embassy expressed "its pride and gratitude for this initiative which highlights the continuous progress made by African countries, particularly Tunisia's performances".
