PAMPAT2 Project (SECO/UNIDO) Launches New Video: "Date Derivatives, Between Heritage and Innovation"
The PAMPAT2 project (SECO/UNIDO) has just released a new video titled "Date Derivatives, Between Heritage and Innovation", available today on its official YouTube channel.
This promotional video aims to showcase the Tunisian offer of date derivatives, highlighting the diversity of these products, which range from food products such as powder, spreads, syrup, and vinegar, to cosmetic applications. Tunisia is among the top three date exporters in the world and is also working to become a major player in the export of date-derived products. Tunisian exports of date derivatives have tripled over the past five years.
