Tunisie Télécom Experiences Sudden Network Disruptions in Ariana Governorate

Tunisie Télécom, the national telecommunications company, has announced that its communication networks in the El Ghazala, Raoued, and Ennasr areas (Ariana Governorate) have experienced sudden disruptions today.

Following the deployment of technical teams to the affected areas, it was discovered that the disturbances were caused by uncoordinated works initiated by a private telecommunications company without prior consultation.

In a statement, Tunisie Télécom apologized to its clients in the affected areas for the independent disruptions, which coincided with end-of-year exams and the start of the Hajj season.

The operator emphasized that its technical teams have begun to carry out the necessary repairs to restore its networks and damaged equipment, with the aim of resuming services as soon as possible.
