Upcoming Exhibitions in Tunis this Autumn
This autumn, Tunis is set to host a variety of exciting exhibitions, with some already underway. The majority of these exhibitions are collective, promising to bring together talented artists and showcase new and innovative expressions of art.
TGM Gallery: Prix des Jeunes Artistes
The TGM Gallery in La Marsa has kicked off the exhibition season with its annual Prix des Jeunes Artistes, which this year is themed around the 1990s. Over 20 artists have been selected to showcase their interpretations of the theme, with three prizes up for grabs (2,000, 1,500, and 1,000 dinars). The exhibition, titled "90's Reloaded," will run until October 5th.
B7L9 Art Center: A Photobook World
The B7L9 Art Center in Bhar Lazreg, La Marsa, is hosting the exhibition "A Photobook World" as part of the Tunisian edition of the "Bound Narratives" photography festival. The exhibition, curated by Roï Saade and Tamara Abdul Hadi, features a selection of photobooks by artists from Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, and Turkey. The exhibition will run until November 15th.
Galerie Alexandre Roubtzoff: Voyages en Couleurs
The Galerie Alexandre Roubtzoff is hosting a collective exhibition titled "Voyages en Couleurs" (Journeys in Colors), featuring the works of six artists: Imed Jemaiel, Slimen Elkamel, Chahrazed Fekih, Ghada Chamma, Souheil Nachi, and Alia Derouiche. The exhibition will run until September 30th.
Archivart and Selma Feriani Gallery: Individual Exhibitions
Archivart will be hosting an individual exhibition by artist Wahib Zannad, titled "Dans l'intimité de la contemplation" (In the Intimacy of Contemplation), starting from September 27th. The exhibition features a series of expressionist works inspired by the great masters of the 19th century.
Selma Feriani Gallery will be hosting an exhibition of engravings by Tunisian artist Gouider Triki, starting from September 27th. Triki's work is characterized by its use of earthy and vibrant colors, exploring the human spirit and the subconscious.

Other upcoming exhibitions include a collective exhibition at the Galerie A. Gorgi, titled "Automne 2022" (Autumn 2022), featuring the works of 15 artists, starting from September 28th. The Yosr Ben Ammar Gallery will be hosting a collective exhibition titled "Echoes & Tides" (Echos et marées), featuring the works of 15 artists, starting from October 2nd.
