Joint Plenary Session between the National Council of Regions and Districts and the People's Representative Assembly

The joint plenary session between the National Council of Regions and Districts and the People's Representative Assembly, held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, and chaired by the President of the National Council of Regions and Districts, Imed Derbali, continued voting on the 2026 finance bill, after it was approved by the People's Representative Assembly, according to a statement from the Council of Regions and Districts.

Previous Session

The session on Friday, December 5, 2025, ended with the National Council of Regions and Districts voting to initiate discussion on the draft law and proceed to vote on the mission credits and special missions of the state budget project for 2026, and then to examine and approve draft articles 1 to 62 of the draft law.
