Subject: Consultation for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of a Plastic Washing Line (Capacity 300 kg/h)
Dear Sir/Madam,
AFREC is launching a private consultation for the acquisition of a complete plastic washing line with a nominal capacity of 300 kg/hour. The required equipment must allow for the treatment, washing, rinsing, and drying of post-consumer plastic waste (PE, PP, PET), in accordance with the detailed technical requirements outlined in the Special Technical Specifications Booklet (CCTP).

1. Participation Conditions
Bidders must submit:
- A detailed technical offer outlining the characteristics of the proposed line, warranty conditions, delivery deadline, and similar client references;
- A separate financial offer, clearly indicating the price excluding taxes and all cost components (transport, installation, commissioning, etc.).
2. Deadlines and Modalities
- Deadline for receiving offers: November 12, 2025, at 4:00 PM (Tunis time)
- Offers must be sent by email to the addresses mentioned above, with the subject: "Offer – Consultation Plastic Washing Line 300 kg/h"
- Offer validity period: 60 days from the deadline for receiving offers.
3. Evaluation and Award
Offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Technical compliance with the request,
- Global price,
- Delivery and commissioning deadline,
- Warranty and after-sales conditions,
- Supplier references and experience.
AFREC reserves the right not to pursue this consultation without the participants being able to claim any compensation.
