Criminal Chamber Specialized in Terrorism Cases Postpones Hearing
The Criminal Chamber specializing in terrorism cases at the Court of Appeal of Tunis decided, on Monday, November 17, 2025, at noon, to postpone the second appeal hearing in the case known as "Plot against State Security 1" to the session of November 27, 2025, and to deliberate on the requests for release with a view to making a decision after the hearing.
Prison Sentences
The prison sentences concern 37 defendants, some of whom are detained and others are at large. For the defendants on the run, the judgments rendered against them are accompanied by the immediate execution of the sentences.
