National Register of Enterprises (RNE) Issues Deadline for Financial Statements Submission
The National Register of Enterprises (RNE) has called on companies and individuals subject to mandatory accounting to submit their financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year by July 31, 2026, to ensure compliance with current laws and avoid any penalties or administrative measures.
Online Submission Only
The RNE has reminded that financial statements must be submitted exclusively online through the National Register of Enterprises' electronic platform. The submission dossier must include:
- Financial statements
- Auditor's report
- Ordinary general meeting minutes (if applicable)
- Updated list of shareholders or partners with copies of identification documents
Partial Submission Possible
However, the RNE has stated that it is possible to submit financial statements alone before July 31 to avoid late penalties, and to submit additional documents later, such as the auditor's report, ordinary general meeting minutes, and any corrected financial statements, as needed.
Late Submission Penalties
The RNE has also reminded users that any submission made after July 31 will incur a late penalty equivalent to 50% of the due amount per month of delay, or 25 dinars per month for legal entities and 10 dinars per month for individuals.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
In the event of non-compliance with the submission obligation, the RNE reserves the right to initiate procedures to bring the company or individual into compliance, which may include suspension of the company's or individual's registration.
