Civil Protection Services in High Demand
The Civil Protection services have been particularly busy over the last 24 hours, carrying out a total of 458 interventions across the country. These figures, released on Monday by the Civil Protection spokesperson, testify to the intense activity of the teams.
From September 14 to 15, 2025, agents from the National Civil Protection Office were mobilized to respond to a variety of emergencies, including:
- 80 interventions to extinguish fires
- 157 interventions for accidents and road rescue operations
- 210 interventions for other types of emergencies, excluding road accidents
These statistics highlight the crucial role of Civil Protection teams, whose mission goes beyond fighting fires to encompass a wide range of rescue and assistance operations.
