Nabeul Governorate's Educational Landscape Enriched with Ambitious Initiative

The educational landscape of Nabeul Governorate has been enriched with a groundbreaking initiative, as the official launch of the "Learning through Movement for Inclusive Education" project has taken place. This ambitious program is part of a Tunisian-Italian cooperation dynamic scheduled to run from 2021 to 2027.

The project is the result of a multi-sectoral partnership between the University of Palermo, the European Centre for Studies and Initiatives, the Tourism Skills Training Agency, and the Tunisian Union for Social Solidarity (UTSS).

According to a statement released by the UTSS on Friday, the central ambition is to transform traditional teaching methods. By introducing innovative approaches such as learning through movement or spaced learning, the project initiators aim to provide concrete solutions to the specific needs of new generations while ensuring better integration within educational institutions.

The challenge goes beyond the strictly academic framework, touching on the socio-professional integration of young people. The project involves a deep modernization of textbooks and vocational training curricula, aiming to facilitate access to the job market and promote a culture of constant innovation in the education sector.

On this occasion, Raja Ben Brahim, Treasurer of the UTSS, reaffirmed the organization's commitment as a key player in social development. She emphasized the need to capitalize on the UTSS's expertise in accompaniment to maximize the impact of international cooperation, placing inclusion and sustainable development at the heart of the national strategy.
