Road Accident in Bizerte Causes Traffic Disruption
This Wednesday morning, November 12, 2025, a road accident occurred at the mobile bridge in the city of Bizerte. A light vehicle skidded and overturned before hitting the metal barrier and colliding with a motorcycle.
The accident resulted in a disruption of traffic in both directions between Bizerte and Zarzouna. Civil protection units transported the motorcycle driver, a man in his sixties, to the University Hospital Habib Bourgatfa after he suffered fractures. The overturned vehicle was cleared from the bridge, while law enforcement restored traffic flow.
The incident caused a significant traffic jam and a tense situation among pedestrians and motorists, especially since it occurred during the time when workers and students were heading to their workplaces and schools.
