Call for Applications: Independent Administrator Representing Minority Shareholders
In accordance with current legislation, particularly the provisions of Article 47 of Law No. 2016-48 of July 11, 2016, related to banks and financial institutions, and the General Council of the Financial Market's Decision No. 23 of March 10, 2020, regarding the criteria and modalities for appointing independent members to the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, and the member representing minority shareholders, BH Bank is launching a call for applications for the appointment of an administrator representing minority shareholders to its Board of Directors for the 2026-2027-2028 fiscal years.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates for the position of administrator representing minority shareholders must be natural persons and meet the conditions set out in the terms of reference (document available for download on the BH Bank website: www.bhbank.tn).
Application Procedure
The conditions for participation, required documents, and selection methodology are detailed in the aforementioned terms of reference. Interested candidates must submit their application package by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by Rapid-Poste or by hand, against discharge, to the central order office at the following address: BH Bank 18, Avenue Mohamed V 1023 ā Tunis
Application Submission
The application submission process will take place in a single phase. The application package must be presented in a single envelope including the pieces listed in Article 3 of the terms of reference. Applications must be addressed to the President of the Board of Directors of BH Bank, and the envelope must bear the following mention: "Do not open ā CALL FOR APPLICATIONS N° A.R.A.M/2025" "Application for the position of administrator representing minority shareholders on the Board of Directors of BH Bank for the 2026-2027-2028 fiscal years"
Deadline
Application packages must be received no later than December 18, 2025, before the closure of the central order office (4:00 PM). The stamp of the Central Order Office will serve as proof, and any applications received after this deadline will be rejected.
