Tunis Stock Exchange (BVMT) Suspends Trading of Poulina Group Holding and LAND’OR Shares on Thursday, February 19 2026

The Tunis Stock Exchange (BVMT) announced on Thursday, 19 February 2026, that the trading of shares belonging to Poulina Group Holding and LAND’OR will be suspended for the entire day of Thursday, 19 February 2026.

BVMT added that this suspension is being carried out at the request of the Financial Market Council (CMF), pending the release of an official press statement. Trading for the two companies is scheduled to resume on Friday, 20 February 2026.
