Five People Killed and 130 Injured After Cyclone Hits Southern Brazil
According to the French news agency, AFP (Agence France-Presse), a cyclone that struck the state of Paraná in southern Brazil has resulted in the deaths of five people and injured approximately 130 others. The agency reported in a statement that the cyclone, which swept through parts of the city on Friday, has claimed at least five lives and left around 130 people injured. Local authorities informed the agency that a cyclone had hit the municipality of Rio Bonito do Iguaçu, in the Brazilian state of Paraná.
