BNA Assurances Embraces Digital Transformation

Faker Raïes, General Manager of BNA Assurances, confirmed on Thursday, October 2, 2025, that the company is undoubtedly moving towards digitizing its services, a step initiated since the Covid-19 pandemic and considered a major turning point in the adoption of digital technologies.

During a special broadcast on "Express FM" radio, dedicated to the insurance sector, he explained that the goal of this digitization is to meet the needs of citizens and accelerate insurance services. In this context, he mentioned the e-recours platform, which brings together insurance companies to exchange information and process requests more quickly, thereby reducing indemnification deadlines.

Raïes emphasized that digitization strengthens the company's proximity to citizens, while stressing the importance of developing health insurance, which remains limited. He revealed the launch of a new product that covers health insurance through five different services, with annual premiums ranging from 3,000 to 50,000 dinars.

BNA Assurances also offers a varied range of health insurance products, including:

  • Santé Individuelle for individuals and families, with flexible and comprehensive guarantees
  • Safar Assur for travel insurance against illnesses and accidents abroad
  • AWLADI for children, covering school accidents, medical care, transportation and accommodation costs, and psychological support, to fully reinforce family protection.

This digital transformation aims to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline insurance services, marking a significant milestone in the company's commitment to innovation and customer-centricity.
