Two Teenagers Rescued by Bizerte Maritime Guard
Two adolescents under the age of 17 were rescued by the mixed units of the Bizerte Maritime Guard, with the support of the National Navy, after attempting to reach the Italian coast by kayak, according to a responsible security source.
Disappearance and Rescue Efforts
The two teenagers, who went missing on Saturday evening, are originally from a popular neighborhood in the north of Bizerte. They were located after 12 hours of search efforts, 25 miles northeast of Ras Jebel.
Medical Attention and Transfer
The teenagers received initial medical attention before being transferred to the Bizerte marina, where official procedures are currently underway.
