BH Leasing Releases First Half 2025 Financial Report

At the end of the first half of 2025, BH Leasing's financial report reveals that total assets reached 308.2 million dinars (MD). This amount represents an increase compared to the 291.9 MD recorded on June 30, 2024, although it is slightly lower than the 309.5 MD on December 31, 2024. The "Customer Receivables" category constitutes the majority of assets, amounting to 283.8 MD. This category breaks down into:

  • Leasing receivables "financial outstanding" for a net amount of approximately 269.8 MD
  • Leasing receivables "unpaid" totaling a net amount of 13.6 MD

On the liabilities and equity side, the total also reached 308.2 MD. Liabilities totaled 268.2 MD, while equity after result allocation reached 40 MD. The share capital amounts to 35 MD. Loans and related debt were the main liability item, with an amount of 234.2 MD. During the period, the company recorded collections from loans of 40 MD and loan repayments of 40.3 MD.

Income Statement

The income statement for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2025, shows net operating income of 8.3 MD. The operating result reached 1.17 MD. After deducting corporate tax and social solidarity contribution, the net result for the period was established at 706,000 dinars. It is worth noting that the net result for the previous period on June 30, 2024, was 2.45 MD. The result per share is 0.101 dinars.

Cash Flow Statement

The cash flow statement recorded a negative change in cash of 6.9 MD for the semester. The cash flows related to operations were -6.45 MD, compared to a negative balance of -4.75 MD on June 30, 2024. The cash at the end of the period, on June 30, 2025, was 8.2 MD.
