A Project with High Potential for Job Creation and Economic Growth
The project covers an area of 142 hectares on the southern coast of Mahdia, with the creation of tourist, commercial, and service poles, as well as a smart city that meets international standards. The project is expected to create many job opportunities and stimulate economic growth in the region.
A Participatory Approach
The project's development will be based on a participatory approach, with the involvement of local residents, institutions, and experts. The steering committee will ensure that the project is open to new investment opportunities and that the needs and aspirations of the local population are taken into account.
International Promotion
The project will be presented at the MIPIM in Cannes, one of the world's largest real estate events, to attract high-level investor groups. The goal is to prepare solid and informed candidates for the call for tenders, which is expected to be launched within a year to a year and a half.
A New Dimension for Private Investment in Tunisia
The project is expected to open a new dimension for private investment in Tunisia, particularly in the tourism and economic sectors. The MAP/ARLYNK/PwC consortium will have the mission of realizing technical and economic studies, promoting the project, and attracting reference investors to select a strategic partner.
A Strategic Partnership
The partnership between the IGPPP and the MAP/ARLYNK/PwC consortium is a strategic one, with the goal of ensuring the successful development of the project. The consortium will provide technical, strategic, and orientation support to ensure the good execution of the different phases of the public-private partnership.
A Project with a High Potential for Success
