German Ambassador to Tunisia Visits Kromberg & Schubert in Béja

The German Ambassador to Tunisia, Elisabeth Wolbers, paid a visit to the Kromberg & Schubert company in Béja, one of the main German industrial sites in Tunisia and a major player in the automotive components sector. Established in the region since 2008, the company produces high-tech electrical systems for vehicles of the future, according to the most demanding international standards. With nearly 6,000 Tunisian employees, Kromberg & Schubert is now one of the largest employers in northwest Tunisia. Committed to training young talent, the company places particular emphasis on skills development and professional integration of young people from the region. As part of its expansion, 4,000 new jobs are currently being prepared in Béja. During her visit, Ambassador Wolbers praised the exemplary working conditions within the factory as well as the company's strong social commitment.
