Tunisian Police Arrest Three Suspects in Record Time Following Murder in Bab El Khadra

The Circumstances of the Tragedy

According to initial investigations, the crime occurred on Sunday evening. A dispute broke out between three individuals in one of the alleys of Bab El Khadra. The victim, a young man residing in the Halfaouine neighborhood, happened to pass by the area by chance and was not involved in the altercation. However, he became the target of a violent attack.

Arrests and Judicial Proceedings

A security source revealed that the victim was transported to the hospital and admitted to the intensive care unit, where he succumbed to his injuries on Monday.

The investigation led to the arrest of the first suspect on Sunday evening, while the two other accomplices were apprehended in the capital on Monday morning.

The prosecution near the First Instance Tribunal in Tunis ordered the detention of the three individuals for the purposes of the investigation.
