The buyer is B.A Glass BV, a company belonging to the BA Glass group, presented as a major player in the global glass packaging industry. Following this transaction, the BA Glass group will hold, together with the Compagnie Financière d'Investissement and other entities of the BAYAHI group, a total stake of 82.56% in SOTUVER's capital. Prior to this transfer, the BAYAHI consortium already held 82.56% of the capital, indicating a rearrangement of shares within the controlling block.
