Assembly of People's Representatives to Hold Two Plenary Sessions
The Assembly of People's Representatives (ARP) will hold two plenary sessions this week, on Wednesday, February 11, and Thursday, February 12, 2026, to examine a set of bills related to real estate regulation, social issues, and international financing agreements.
In a statement published on its official Facebook page on Tuesday, the ARP specified that the session on Wednesday, February 11, scheduled for 10:00 a.m., will be dedicated to the examination of two national bill projects:
- The first project concerns the completion of the fundamental law of the National Real Estate Company of Tunisia, initially adopted by Law No. 19 of September 10, 1957 (No. 89/2025).
- The second project relates to the completion of Law No. 53 of 1977, concerning the creation of the Social Housing Promotion Company (No. 90/2025).
The session on Thursday, February 12, also scheduled for 10:00 a.m., will focus on two bill projects related to financing agreements with the French Development Agency (AFD):
- The first project concerns the approval of Amendment No. 1, signed on March 25, 2025, to the loan agreement of February 14, 2019, aiming to finance the modernization program of health services in the Sidi Bouzid region (No. 2025/69).
- The second project concerns the approval of Amendment No. 2, signed on December 27, 2024, to this loan agreement, to support the electronic health program "E-Santé" (No. 2025/70).
