Adoption of a Proposal to Regularize Non-Fiscal Debt
The Assembly of People's Representatives (ARP) adopted, on Wednesday, in plenary session, a proposed additional article No. 117, as part of the 2026 finance bill, related to the regularization of the situation of individuals concerned by classified non-fiscal debts, with 73 votes in favor, 6 against, and 6 abstentions.

- The cancellation of pursuit fees and late penalties
- The recovery of the principal debt amount according to a fixed schedule

The measures apply to:
- Debts owed to various ministries
- Debts related to the exploitation of the public maritime domain
- Fees for classified or hazardous establishments
- Rent and other non-fiscal classified fees
Eligibility Criteria
These measures concern non-fiscal classified debts recorded by the finance receiver before January 1, 2026.
