Arrests Made in Major Drug Trafficking Case
The investigating judge of the Court of First Instance of Ariana has issued two prison warrants against two young men involved in a drug trafficking network, following the seizure of over 5,000 "Ecstasy" pills in their possession.
According to available information, agents from the Anti-Narcotics Sub-Directorate, under the Judicial Police Directorate of El Gorjani, received tips about a young man residing in Ariana suspected of being involved in drug and narcotic pill trafficking. His movements were then placed under surveillance.
After intensive investigations, the suspects' movements were located, revealing that a second young man was accompanying him, and they were residing in a house in the center of Ariana. After obtaining the necessary judicial authorizations, a raid was conducted. A thorough search of the residence led to the seizure of over 5,000 "Ecstasy" pills. The two suspects were detained, and other individuals were added to the list of wanted persons.
The operation highlights the efforts of law enforcement agencies to combat drug trafficking and ensure public safety. Further investigations are underway to dismantle the entire network and bring all those involved to justice.
