Seizure of Subsidized Flour in Ariana Governorate
The economic control services of the regional trade directorate in the Ariana governorate recently seized a quantity of 7.4 tonnes of subsidized flour in a classified bakery in El Mnihla.
The regional trade director, Sami Béjaoui, indicated to the TAP Agency that the merchandise was confiscated because the owner had stopped producing bread while still receiving his quota of subsidized flour.
Regulatory measures have been taken against the offender, and the seized merchandise will be injected into the legal distribution channels, added the same source.
