What’s happening?

The Office of Tunisians Abroad (OTE) announced that, from 3 April to 12 June 2026, it will run the third session of Arabic‑language teaching for both students and non‑students living outside Tunisia. The program is organized together with the Institut Bourguiba des Langues Vivantes (IBLV) and aims to strengthen cultural and educational ties with the new generation of Tunisians abroad.

“This initiative is part of our broader cultural‑educational agenda for the diaspora, helping young Tunisians stay connected to their linguistic heritage while living overseas,” the OTE stated in its press release on Friday.

  • Strategic outreach: Aligns with Tunisia’s long‑term plan to engage its expatriate community through cultural and educational programmes.
