Minister of Cultural Affairs Addresses Fadl Shaker's Festival Appearances
The Minister of Cultural Affairs, Amina Srarfi, has stated that no performances by Lebanese artist Fadl Shaker are scheduled in festivals under the direct supervision of the ministry, such as the International Festival of Carthage or the International Festival of Hammamet.
In response to a written question from Member of Parliament Mohamed Ziad El Maher, the minister clarified that the advisory committee responsible for overseeing performances by foreign artists has not received any requests for authorization for a Fadl Shaker concert in other international, national, or regional festivals organized by local associations or structures.
