Alkimia-Packaging to Sell Glass Microbead Manufacturing Unit

The subsidiary of the Société Chimique Alkimia group, ALKIMIA-Packaging, has decided to launch a national and international consultation for the sale of its glass microbead manufacturing unit located in Gabès, the company announced.

Decision and Objective

The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on December 4, 2025, with the aim of attracting a strategic or financial investor to take over this activity.

Strategic Refocusing

This operation is part of a refocusing strategy to enable ALKIMIA-Packaging to concentrate on its core business, namely the packaging of chemical products, the company specified in its statement to shareholders and the public.
