Earthquake of Magnitude 3.8 on the Richter Scale Hits Tizi Ouzou, Algeria
An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.8 on the Richter scale was recorded on Wednesday morning in the wilaya of Tizi Ouzou, Algeria, announced the Center for Research in Astronomy, Astrophysics and Geophysics (CRAAG).
According to the CRAAG's statement, the earthquake was localized 2 kilometers northeast of the commune of Ouacif, in the same wilaya.
No casualties or material damage have been reported immediately.
