An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 occurred on Thursday at 20:35 GMT, approximately 80 km northeast of Ardestan, in central Iran, as reported by the United States Geological Survey (USGS). The epicenter of the earthquake was located at a depth of 10 km, at 33.86 degrees north latitude and 53.01 degrees east longitude, according to the USGS.
