Minister of Economy and Planning Receives Delegation from European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
The Minister of Economy and Planning, Samir Abdelhafidh, received a delegation from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on Monday, October 27, comprising several board advisors, who are currently on a working visit to Tunisia.
Discussions Focus on Financial and Technical Cooperation
The discussions centered on the existing axes of financial and technical cooperation between Tunisia and the EBRD, as well as the prospects for strengthening them in the coming years. During the meeting, which was attended by Nodira Mansurova, Director of the EBRD's Tunis office, Samir Abdelhafidh expressed his satisfaction with the level of bilateral relations and his commitment to further consolidating them, while diversifying the areas of cooperation under the 2026-2030 Development Plan.
Delegation Seeks to Enhance Cooperation and Understanding
Emily Keenan, head of the delegation, emphasized that the visit aims to closely follow the progress of various cooperation programs and to better understand the development orientations and priorities for the upcoming period, in order to facilitate effective coordination in preparing future work programs.
