The seventh edition of the International Chocolate and Pastry Fair will kick off tomorrow, Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the headquarters of the Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade, and Handicrafts (UTICA) in the capital. In a telephone intervention on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, on the National Radio waves, the director of the Fair, Lamia Oueslati, indicated that the event will host around 100 exhibitors from Tunisia, with the participation of Algeria and Cameroon. She specified that the Fair covers chocolate, all types of confectionery and ice cream, as well as pastry equipment. Training schools in the field will also be present, in addition to specialized centers for packaging and packaging. Regarding the Fair's program, which will continue until Saturday, November 22, Lamia Oueslati mentioned that many workshops will animate the activities of this edition, in addition to organizing a competition for the best artistic piece in chocolate and the best chocolate pastry. In the same context, the speaker emphasized that the Fair will open its doors from 10 am to 7 pm, and that it is open to all, professionals and the general public.
